For anyone who missed the 30 Masterpieces show in February, these are the pieces that I showed.  To refresh your memory, or let you know if you didn't, the experiment involved creating one 6" x 6" painting every day for 30 days.  I chose the theme of sea blended humans, and I called the collection, "I Sea People".

These two paintings are the pieces I submitted for the Swell Sister Society first Second Saturday Show that was hanging in the Coffee Garden on Franklin Boulevard in Sacramento through the second week or so in January.  They will eventually be joined by two others in this series, showing the stages of a woman's life through the year's seasons and animal metaphor.  The other two will, of course, be called "Summer" and "Autumn".

This is the little 5" x 5" piece I contributed to the collaborative piece being assembled for Chi Ceng of the Deftones.  I chose the image of a scarab beetle because they're an old symbol of rebirth and renewal.  I lend all my hope to his full recovery, and all my best wishes to his family.
